Fortunately, to my surprise, the employee informed me that he can clone the hard drive to a new one and install it in my new computer. I took my computer to an electronics repair shop where I was informed that my hard drive was failing. Unfortunately, my computer continuously crashed during the reboot. 
Recently my computer (MacBook Pro) crashed naturally, I restarted my computer attempting to resolve the crash.
